To tune my guitar to standard tuning which key should i use?

I have a SEIKO SAT500 chromatic tuner and i don’t know which key to use to get standard tuning. The choices for the keys are B flat, F, E flat, and C. I’ve been using the B flat and i know its clearly not standard. its around a step too low, but i don’t know which key to use to correct this b/c my old tuner was always in standard. PLEASE HELP!!
I know that A is 440. But its the different keys that are listed for possible tunings that im confused about. Which one do i use?

OK. Since you know A is 440, tune that with the tuner. After that, just tune the rest by ear. The 5th of the E is the same as the open A, the 5th of the A is the same as the open D, the 5th of the D is the same as open G, the 4th(not 5th) of the open G is the same as the B, and the 5th of the B is the same as the open e. To ensure accuracy, after tuning the D to the 5th fret of the A, tune it to the 10th fret of the low E. And after tuning the G to the 5th fret of the D, tune it to the 10th of the A and the 15th of the E. After tuning the B to the G, tune it to the 9th fret of the D. And after tuning the high E to the 5th fret of the B, tune it to the 9th fret of the G.
