Any info on tie-dying heavy cotton drapes? A serious question, no smart alecks please.?
Sorry, the “twist and rubber thing” is?
Twist and rubber thing- means to twist the fabric you wish to tie-dye and then put heavy rubber bands around the twists to create the random patterns… but I wouldnt suggest it for heavy fabrics. The heavier the fabric in tie-dye the worse the result in my experience. Good luck! There is a wax type of dying that might work but I don’t know the particulars as I only caught the tail end of the program with the results and not the technique… not even sure of program name …but maybe someone knows and will post it.
